  • Tension headache; caused when muscles and blood vessels in the neck, uppers houlders and scalp spasm. Traumatic injury, overuse, poor posture, emotional stress or a combination of, are usually to blame.
  • Migraine and cluster headaches; both occur as a result of irregularities in the bloodflow to the brain. Sinus headaches are pain caused by congestion and irritation of the sinuses – usually to do with allergies or a cold but sometimes related to an infection.

Anti-Cellulite Massage

Cellulite is often found around the buttocks, thighs and upper arms. This course of massage treatments smooths away unsightly the orange peel skin which is associated with cellulite. This massage is vigorous and deep; several problem areas can be targeted during one session. Circulation to the affected area is improved, connective tissue adhesions (which cause the ‘dimpling’ of the skin), are softened, and excess fluid and toxins are drained from the problem area.
