A common source of muscular pain is poor posture; posture is the way we carry our body. If your body is out of line you may have developed rounded shoulders, a forwardly protruding head or an extended stomach. As a result you may experience headaches, backache, muscle fatigue and painful joints. Following a detailed consultation, posture correction advice plus exercises, and a course of massage treatments, you can look forward to pain relief, a wider range of motion and a fuller sense of well being, helping you to look and feel better.

Anti-Cellulite Massage

Cellulite is often found around the buttocks, thighs and upper arms. This course of massage treatments smooths away unsightly the orange peel skin which is associated with cellulite. This massage is vigorous and deep; several problem areas can be targeted during one session. Circulation to the affected area is improved, connective tissue adhesions (which cause the ‘dimpling’ of the skin), are softened, and excess fluid and toxins are drained from the problem area. The skin feels and looks visibly smoother and softer. A course of 10 treatments, in conjunction with a detoxification diet and exercise regime, are recommended for maximum effect.
